Getting in was super easy with the phone. The room comes with a microwave, cutlery, and a sink, making it perfect for a 3‑4 day stay. Some parts of the room feel a bit old, so bring your own slippers.

The staff were available during the main daytime hours, with Davina and Rome being very friendly and helpful with bags, questions, and communication. The mobile hotel communication was amazing. The room was very clean and had all the essential facilities at a high standard. The rooms were small, but that was made very clear in the booking and descriptions, and it’s a common standard for Singapore. I would return.

I had a lovely stay at Heritage Collection on Victoria! The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions, making it very convenient to explore Singapore. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed. A special thank you to Divina and Rome for their kindness and helpfulness. They made the whole experience even more pleasant! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Singapore!. Everything was perfect!
