Great location, nice facilities - gym & pool, very good breakfast. Very good service. The rooms need renovation

“Hanoi Rex”

The location is the best you can get, beautiful hotel with great breakfast. The pool, however, dampens the stay; it is fully enclosed and not at all suitable for relaxing, no windows or seating. And then the rooftop facility is locked until 3 in the afternoon. The indoor pool.

The location is excellent, the place is clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful, breakfast is tasty. This is our second time at the hotel, we already have feedback from the first visit… On the second visit we took a basic, smaller room without a window and it was still great, clean, meeting our expectations.

Charming hotel with a wonderful staff who are very helpful. Located in the most beautiful area of the city, surrounded by everything needed to enjoy the stay… Rooms are comfortable and pleasant. Not that we didn’t like it, just need to be aware that if you take a room with a balcony facing the street, you hear all the music and noises outside at night. But for us it didn’t bother that much.

“חוויה טובה ומעולה”

The room was spacious and clean. The service was polite. In the evening it was very noisy because it’s a central street, but that didn’t bother us because we walked and ate at the night market. The hotel was close to attractions in the Old Town of Hanoi and we did everything on foot.
