The service was excellent with a free upgrade, the breakfast was outstanding, and the lobby was beautiful. The bathroom was basic and the rooms didn’t match the lobby’s appearance.

The hotel has a great location, it’s clean, and the staff are generally friendly; I had an unpleasant situation that was handled well at the reception. The food at the hotel is very tasty, but I would not recommend the massage‑spa area: I booked a two‑hour massage, yet the masseuse was distracted by her phone during the session, and when I pointed it out she first lied before admitting it, ruining the relaxation for me.
