I was disappointed by the receptionist, who was absolutely unfriendly and wouldn’t let me check in before 15:00 even though the room was ready. The restaurant was closed, so there was no lunch 😳 and they didn’t even have champagne 🙃.

This business hotel is in a very good location on the Rhine and we stayed in a spacious suite. However, there was no way to charge e‑bikes in the bike‑parking area.

The hotel is very comfortable and the suites are large and well equipped. We spent the day in the hotel’s beer garden, which was surprisingly affordable, and the food was excellent.
