The receptionist and the lady in the kitchen were very friendly, yet the place was littered with trash and they didn’t clean our room while we were there.

The room was big and clean enough. Breakfast was a letdown – just coffee and nothing else.

The place was spotless and right near the center. The view of San Felipe Castle was a real highlight. Yolima and the night staff were always helpful, and the breakfast lady was great. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed when I arrived, so I couldn't use the balcony much, and the rooms lack a fridge.
