The staff’s service and hospitality were exceptional, always professional and smiling; the location is great with a small mall area and supermarket attached, and it feels very central for reaching other tourist spots; the lobby is beautiful. The cleanliness was lacking, but the housekeeping manager handled it immediately and efficiently, and he was very kind.
