“Bémol : l’insonorisation des chambres. Chef cuisinier exceptionnel, vue exceptionnelle !”

Le restaurant FRANCESCO, situé dans l’hôtel, possède un chef cuisinier EXCEPTIONNEL ! Le chef THEOFANIS GKIONIS et son équipe en salle sont formidables. Une cuisine DÉLICIEUSE, AUDACIEUSE et toujours SURPRENANTE. Même avec un plat simple, le chef sait nous faire voyager, avec des assiettes très goûteuses et des saveurs extraordinaires. Et le plus étonnant : des tarifs très corrects, voire peu chers pour une telle qualité ! Une véritable expérience culinaire. Le chef THEOFANIS GKIONIS mériterait amplement une étoile Michelin ! ⭐. Seul véritable bémol : l’insonorisation des chambres. Un long couloir dessert les chambres et, le soir tard et pendant la nuit, les passages et les conversations dans le couloir peuvent être assez bruyants. L’absence de sas ou d’un espace tampon à l’entrée des chambres laisse malheureusement entrer facilement les bruits. C’est dommage, car avec une meilleure isolation phonique, l’expérience serait vraiment parfaite

“Great place for a relaxing break overlooking the sea”

The room was comfortable and spacious with a large balcony and nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant 'Francescos' was decent. The pool was fine for a hotel of this size and parking was easy. A few steps made it tricky with heavy bags. Buses are available, but towns with restaurants are about 4 to 5 km away in either direction. The beach bar isn’t part of the hotel, and the staff there were rude and lazy—ordering two coffees took ages, and they left them on the bar a metre behind us with a shouted comment, “your coffees are there.”

“Nice hotel but wouldn't stay there again due to difficulty accessing facilities around the hotel”

The views were incredible and the property was well positioned; the staff were great, breakfast was good, and the room was good. They should have mentioned there were no handicap or lift facilities—walking up two flights of stairs was a pain for someone with knee and back issues, which took away from an otherwise great stay. Also, they claim a private beach, but we were charged 20 € each time we used it.

“Perfect Andros stay next to some beautiful beaches”

The staff were friendly and welcoming; the cleaning crew did a great job. The rooms were nice with beautiful views, a large balcony, and were spacious enough for a family. The pool and restaurant were also good, and parking was fine. The hotel had a traditional Greek feel, and breakfast was great. There was an island-wide power outage, but the hotel had a generator and everything stayed fine. Golden Sands beach right next to the hotel was lovely.
