Hostellerie Le Beffroi occupies two 16th‑ and 17th‑century mansions in the medieval heart of Vaison‑la‑Romaine, offering panoramic city views from an outdoor pool. Each uniquely decorated room features antique furnishings, private bath or shower, minibar, TV and free Wi‑Fi. Seasonal regional cuisine is served at La Fontaine, while Les Terrasses provides daily summer lunch, dinner, wines and salads.

The hotel sits beautifully in the high old town, though the road to get there was tricky. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the garden, and the distance to the lower town is a pleasant walk. We loved the pool. The stone steps in the hotel are very old and worn, which can be a real issue for people who don’t walk well.
