Close to Semuc, clean, owners great, good food. Nothing else to complain about.

The location and staff were good, and the restaurant food was fine, but the rooms were stiflingly hot, there was no electrical power, and the air conditioning didn't work.

The location is very good, just a 10‑minute walk to the Semuc reserve, but they didn’t give us toilet paper, there was no housekeeping service, and the pool was very dirty.

The place is close to the pools, about 10 minutes away and walkable, the exterior is beautiful by the river, the staff were excellent and friendly, and they pick you up where the bus stops and take you to the hotel without extra charge. The first night we were given a room in bad condition with broken windows, insects, and a dirty bathroom, but the next day we told them and they swapped us for a much better room without any hassle.
