The service and people were great. The room, however, had bed bugs.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, even though I initially thought it was a private house and felt a bit nervous, they were very social. I was disappointed that the trip had been changed, you can't cancel and you don't get a refund for the day; I didn't change it, so that feels unfair.

“Fantàstica !”

As I expected, it was a residence where you can live with other tenants and share outings, activities, surf and yoga, etc. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful; we hope to come back to São Miguel. The breakfast was excellent and varied each day. Thank you, everyone, especially Rita for arranging the arrival with a surprise for my daughter's birthday, Robin, Joseppe, Rubén, etc. Everyone was fantastic, great workers, very friendly and kind! The only downside was that, despite having a very large bathroom, the shower was very tight and we could hardly move around inside; a larger shower would be appreciated.

“I loved my stay, the people and atmosphere was amazing ☺️”

The beds were comfy, the shared bathroom was beautiful, the pool was nice and the interior was cool. The private bathrooms were very humid, but you could use the shared bathroom that had a window.

“Ni fu ni fa”

The location is fantastic, very central. The room was very spacious and the vegetarian breakfasts were available, though you couldn’t choose. The room lacked a wardrobe for your belongings, and the shower was unusable because it was full of mold and never cleaned. We paid for 10 days and had to shower in a communal bathroom that everyone, including staff, used.
