The pool was large and pretty, and the décor of the hotel was nice. Almost no connections were available, the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room, and worst of all, to control the air conditioning you had to leave a 300‑peso deposit.

The staff was rude, especially the night lady named Morena.

Everything was clean, very pleasant, no noise, and they helped me get in. The reception desk was the only downside.

The staff service was excellent, friendly and professional at both the restaurant and reception. The internet in the rooms was very poor and prevented me from working on my computer; the Roku TV also kept lagging because the connection was weak.
