“Totally recomment”

The apartment in the city centre had a nice view of the square, and the receptionist was very helpful, giving clear directions to the property and recommending restaurants and sights. At night, however, you could hear everything happening in the apartment above.

Check‑in was easy even though it was late, the accommodation was very central, everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the balcony was perfect for soaking up the sun, reading a book, or enjoying the city view. The breakfast fell a bit short of my expectations: the fruit was canned, the juice seemed instant, and the yogurts only had one flavour; by the last shift they might have already run out of other options.

The location was good, the room was clean and in good condition, and reception was adequate. The only negative was the breakfast: at 8:30 a.m. I asked if I could pay an extra €8 for breakfast since it wasn’t included in my reservation. The staff member said no because I hadn’t booked it beforehand, with a quite unfriendly attitude and no flexibility. Surprisingly, the dining area was completely empty, yet there was plenty of prepared food on display, including croissants and other trays. It was hard to understand and felt like a lack of customer guidance. It was a pity because the rest of the stay was satisfactory and I ended up having to leave to find somewhere else to eat.
