The place sits in a solid spot and stays tidy most of the time, with a few staff members who are actually friendly. But there’s no room service, food only shows up during set meal times, the breakfast selection is weak, and the pool shuts down from 1 to 3pm – feels more like a B&B than a full‑service hotel.

The location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, and peace are all great. The breakfast has too little variety and could offer more; the room is small and the bathroom needs a remodel.

The staff are pleasant and the location is handy for the Ironman, and the place is clean. Unfortunately none of the air‑con units worked, the outside is noisy with construction crews, the pool isn’t worth the trip, and breakfast was just average.
