“Average stay with misleading photos – Not worth the price”

The 24/7 hot water supply is useful, especially in Goa’s heat, and the staff are friendly, but the one‑night stay near Palolem Beach was mediocre and didn’t justify the price. The photos are misleading—don’t trust the drone shots or the lush green huts; there is no pool, and the pictures seem to come from another resort. The property feels old and only gets quick patch‑ups each year instead of proper maintenance. The first‑floor room stayed stiflingly hot even with the AC on, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable, and the balcony door doesn’t close properly and lacks a lock. Water stopped in the bathroom at night, parking is scarce, and the narrow, tricky roads to the property make access difficult.

“Not worth the huge amount of money”

The location was awesome, the beds were comfy, the view was great, and the fruit punch was delicious, but the bathroom had a weird, hard‑to‑identify odor that became noticeable after about 10‑15 minutes, and the AC took a while to kick in.

“Great stay”

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel, with the added bonus of being situated on a quiet part of the beach. The rooms were no-frills but spotless and comfortable, and the staff were always happy to lend a helping hand. The restaurant served up some amazing food, and the beach itself was stunning - we had a perfect view from our room and spent hours soaking up the sun.
