The property is a 15‑minute drive to Thongsala Pier and 30 minutes to Haad Rin.

Close to the beach, restaurants, and services, yet among all the places we visited, the staff were the least smiling, though still polite.

The location in the Ad Yaou area is good, with a nice beach strip and plenty of cafés nearby; the double room was spacious and comfortable. However, the service was poor and the staff were unfriendly; they wouldn’t bring us extra toilet paper when we asked, and they were quite dismissive. Room 4 was extremely crowded. To reach the center you need a scooter or taxi because the steep climbs make walking difficult.

The Thai owners are fantastic, the place is really lovely, and the location is great.

I adore this spot—it’s so cute and offers the most amazing view. The staff are wonderful and always welcoming. The bed is very hard, which is a personal preference, and there was construction next door very early in the morning. Other than that, it was good as usual.
