“Room was very nice.”

The room was very nice, but the club nearby made it hard to sleep, guests down the hall smoked marijuana and when we reported it they just shrugged, there was no place to sit while waiting for our room except by the pool because the lobby was under renovation, and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working.

“Un séjour déplorable durant les travaux”

The hotel’s location with the beach and nearby amenities (Publix, Walgreens, and other restaurants) is good, but the manager, Mr. REZK Albert, gave a very disjointed response to our complaint during our stay from 19.10 to 24.10.2026, and his management was deplorable! Clearly, the hotel didn’t warn us that work would be ongoing during our stay! We had booked our suite for May 2026 and the work started in August 2026. We were supposedly notified by email in August 2026…! The work was carried out throughout the entire hotel! Unfortunately, exposed outlets, holes, and construction equipment made it very dangerous. The breakfast was absolutely "DEGOUTANT" – it was held in conference rooms, cramped, and always the same meals. Absolutely "DEGOUTANT". No variety of fresh fruit: only apples and bananas. Point. The value for money during the renovations was not appropriate! Seriously.

“Maybe after the construction is completed, it might be worth the money but until then I would stay somewhere else.”

The location was good, but they were renovating and everything was under construction. We had no idea and were totally unaware of this. It looked like you’d expect construction with everything blocked off, workers everywhere, and equipment everywhere. Had I known this was happening I wouldn’t have booked. The staff was very pleasant and hospitable, and we could park within walking distance of the ocean across the street. The room was clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable – it felt like I’d roll off because the mattress was lopsided and hard. The pillows were very comfortable. It was OK, but not what we expected given the rate wasn’t discounted at all for the inconvenience of all the construction and the uncomfortable beds.

When we arrived we found the hotel under renovation…everything was under construction, and to go to breakfast we had to walk through corridors with workers, walls covered in bags.

“Desorden y suciedad en medio de un hotel en remodelación.”

La piscina. Está en remodelación, todo sucio, ruidos, en general todo mal. Creo que si van a remodelarlo, deberían cerrarlo
