The location and staff were great, but the furniture could be better, although it's still fine!

No breakfast was included, yet the hotel has a café and restaurant that are very easy to reach without leaving the premises. The staff, especially Isabel who handled our reservation and the team who attended us during our stay, were excellent and always ready to meet our needs. The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from Consuegra’s center and the bus station; even though there are no taxis for short trips, they arranged a private vehicle for us to reach the castle, windmills, and our departure point, and then to return to the bus station.
