On the first night the air conditioner was broken, but they fixed it before we returned for the second night; the room stayed very hot when I came back from work, so I'm not sure if there's insulation between the roof and the ceiling.

The rooms turned out larger than I expected, the place was clean and tidy, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. It’s also well located near a mall and other takeout spots; we never had to travel more than 2 km to find food or anything else. The Wi‑Fi was great so I could still get some work done. Definitely good value for your money.
