Nothing positive. The hotel is in a bad industrial area of Kyoto. The non‑smoking room smelled of cigarettes. It’s not a place meant for sleeping… there were human fluid stains on all walls and furniture. The table was filthy and hadn’t been wiped for a long time. Background music played all night. A true nightmare!

Convenience, friendliness, hospitality, delicious breakfast especially the French toast, cozy and quiet atmosphere, fun with many game attractions. 16 minutes walking to the metro. Nothing negative, everything was perfect!

The rooms are huge and come with extra equipment. However, a thorough cleaning would have cleared the whole room of limescale, dust, and the air conditioning needs a deep clean. A little renovation or repair would help: grouting, wallpaper, and a mattress replacement.

The breakfast is great, offering a choice of 8 dishes plus a drink. The whirlpool bathtub is convenient after a long day, and a Lawson is right across the street. The room had a cigarette smell, we could feel the mattress springs, and the pillow was really too hard. The metro or station is a 16‑minute walk away.
