Breakfast food was fine and the coffee was good, but the breakfast room was so cold! It was chilly outside yet the air conditioning ran nonstop—why? The phone in our room didn’t work; we reported it on the first day and it was never fixed. Half the charging ports were dead, and the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. All of this was told to the front desk, and nothing was ever done.
