Finding this place was easy. It’s a wonderful period inn built in the 19th century with a beautiful garden and occasional sitting areas in tranquil surroundings. Our room was very well appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. The décor was fine and it represented very good value for our needs. Nothing to add.

The property is very quaint and charming, and I liked the self‑check‑in. The grounds were nice and the location convenient. The stairs to the room were quite steep, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues.

The place was clean with a large room, and walking to town was easy. Coffee and bagels were across the street. The only downside was the small shower.

The modern room has a mid‑century feel and the enclosed porch was nice. However, there was a suite above us, and every time guests were there, heavy footsteps and noticeable activity made it awful at 1 am and 3 am.
