The room was roomy, clean, and tidy, the staff were friendly, parking was free, and the ferry terminal was close by.

The continental breakfast was solid—yogurt, juices, fruit, muffins, instant oatmeal, coffee, and tea all hit the mark—and the hotel’s walkable proximity to the museum and waterfront was a real bonus. However, the rooms weren’t fully soundproof; a neighbour’s shower rattled our room and we could hear voices from the hall and other rooms. The beds were a bit firm, which isn’t my preference, but they were acceptable for a three‑night stay—longer might have been uncomfortable. We liked keeping the sliding glass door open for fresh air, yet the road outside stayed loud and busy all day.

The spot is solid and the location is spot on, but if you plan to stay long it lacks any Landry facilities.
