The location is beautiful, the best spot in the whole bay, the staff are extremely friendly, always smiling and helpful, but there was plumbing noise from the flushed toilet upstairs.

I’ve been coming back here before, and each time I’m excited for another stay. The hotel sits in a superb spot, and the staff—housekeeping, bar, front desk—are all incredibly friendly. My rooms are always cozy, spotless, and chic. The spa is beautifully designed, a perfect place to unwind. The meals are also top quality. The only annoyance was the chaotic tea and coffee setup during breakfast, though the food itself was tasty and it should be easy to fix.

The apartments are beautifully furnished, the pool area is fantastic, and the location on Pine Walk is just 10 minutes from the main port area.
