Mr. Manoj and the team were amazing, very friendly, and the hospitality was top-notch. In general, it was a good place to stay, hot water was working properly, amenities were good, and there was a nice pool. We addressed that they need to improve their attention to detail when it comes to cleaning, together with renewing some towels and bedsheets, the staff took this information seriously and the deep cleaning was already started the same day, also they have already done the order for new towels and sheets. Also, the view from our balcony was amazing. This bit of improvement and you can call it high quality hotel. I would definitely recommend and come back

We had a wonderful experience staying at Chithirapuram Palace. It is a fantastic place for a team outing, and we all had a lot of fun. Special thanks to Manoj, who took great care of us and seamlessly coordinated our check‑in times. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great group or team getaway! We were late for breakfast as we did the trek and came really late at 11:00… coffee would have been a plus.
