“A genuinely special treat to stay”

I felt like a special treat staying there and the staff attitudes were impeccable, yet some of the food seemed overpriced for what it was and the reception didn't appear to have step‑free access from inside or outside.

“An exceptionally wonderful experience”

Everything was perfect in every way, especially the staff around the café, bar, and restaurant who were exceptional; the whole place was a wonderful experience, but eventually we had to leave.

Super reception and lounge area. Great views over Granada. Bedrooms fairly standard. Surprising contrast with public areas

“Le Site, le Site, le Site...c'est malheureusement tout, mais ici pas assez.”

The site and the hotelier know the site, the site, the site, the view is as expected, the hall décor and the almost lamb dish are good, but the rest of the hotel is not worthy of a five‑star; the owners need to decide to invest, not just paint the façade. The room floor is PVC, the bathroom dates from the 70s, the WC space is 83 cm, making it hard to stand up without hitting your head, and I’m 183 cm tall and fairly slim, so I can’t imagine a larger person; I stayed one day, a week would be sad.
