The owner, Sofia, welcomed me with a glass of water and the home‑made breakfast was excellent; the rooms were tidy and the location just outside Grosseto, close to the station, was great. The only drawback was the three‑storey staircase without an elevator, though that’s just a piece of information.

Sofia is a very friendly and attentive host; having her on site is a big plus because you can talk to her and the place stays well maintained. The room was comfortable, functional and spotless.
