“I did not feel safe knowing our door did not lock”

The price was reasonable, and the hotel was spotless and cozy, which made traveling a breeze. However, we discovered the door was misaligned the next morning; it wouldn’t lock, so anyone could push it open and walk in while we slept.

We didn’t get breakfast, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The building felt old and oddly located, with dirty carpets and a worn room; the baseboard was peeling, the bathroom was outdated, the top door lock was loose, pillows didn’t match, drapes were hung wrong, and the elevator had tape to hold down the carpet. I would have stayed elsewhere, but trusting the Wyndham brand and lacking other options, I gave it a chance. The staff remained professional and kind, yet the condition of the hotel was poor. I wouldn’t recommend it. The property should be updated or at least shampoo the carpets more often and fix the baseboard and lock.

“Great!”

The hotel staff were excellent, and the rooms were well kept and clean. In our room, the door lugs on the table under the TV didn’t work, and the shower faucet leaked a bit when you pulled the tab to turn off the shower head.
