Check‑in took a long time and was difficult because the front desk was empty; when we finally reached the room the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and a towel was missing; trying to report it, the front desk was again unoccupied and no one responded to our message.

The location was superb, the furnishings and equipment were great, and the staff were friendly, giving good value for money; however the beds were only 1.90 m long, the air‑conditioner was quite noisy, and the split unit was hanging in front of the window.
