The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and a private motorcycle parking spot was provided. All special requests were fulfilled.

The hotel’s old‑fashioned design gives off a charming, classic vibe, and the location and cleanliness surpassed what the app photos showed. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a lovely place with unique character that I’d gladly return to.

“Un accueil chaleureux et aimable dans un site magnifique”

The reception was very charming, the staff courteous and flexible, and the balcony, equipped and overlooking Mont‑Blanc, was a highlight. The bathtub was practical and the kettle in the room let me have a hot drink before heading out hiking. However, the carpet needs replacing, the staircase is in poor condition, the common areas leading to the rooms need better presentation, and while the rooms are charming, they are old‑fashioned and require renovation.

“Albergo vecchio e da rivedere”

The staff were friendly, the restaurant good, and the location convenient. Cleanliness was lacking: the room and corridor walls were filthy, the old bathroom had a moldy shower, the floor had very old, dirty carpet and was dusty. The hotel needs a good refresh; I wouldn’t stay again.

The location is good for breakfast and dinner, but there is only one power outlet in the room.
