Everything was exceptional. The staff were very kind and efficient. The food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. We will return anytime with great pleasure. Thank you, Fenix Family Hotel. Nothing to complain about.

A nice little hotel. We left our bikes on the dining patio during a cold, wet night. The restaurant was very, very good, offering an extensive à la carte dinner and breakfast menu. No complaints; highly recommend.

We stayed there for one night. The location is great, close to the city center, and if you need to finish anything in Blagoevgrad you can walk from here. The breakfast was very tasty, though it is not included in the price of the stay. The room was very clean and offered great value for money. Nothing was missing; everything was great.

The hotel is in a great location, and our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise—food was delicious and reasonably priced. We were all very happy with our stay and would definitely return.
