I was thrilled to find the place so close to the wedding reception we were heading to, and it was easy to locate and reach. However, the beds were as hard as rocks, and the pillows matched that firmness. The toilet paper holder was loose—something I forgot to mention to the host. The heater/AC made a loud noise, and there was only one waste basket in the room, dedicated to the bathroom. The room was basic, and I told the host about ice buildup in the freezer section of the fridge. The electric plug above the phone didn’t work, nor did the one on the far wall; I finally found a working plug behind the small stand so my husband could plug in his C‑PAP machine. The only information in the room was a plastic flyer advertising a pizza place; no other restaurant or activity details were provided. The floors could have been vacuumed better, and I think the carpet should be cleaned too. The desk was too large for the room; I would have preferred more space in the bathroom, but the doorway was small. The bed cover kept sliding off the bed and could use an update, especially in color.
