The location is perfect for catching buses to and from Mexico City, and the staff are very kind and gentle. However, the water pressure is almost nonexistent, taking over 25 minutes to get a hot shower, and there is no hair dryer, so showering at night was a nightmare.

The room was clean, but it was cold and there were no blankets, otherwise it was fine.

The hotel is very clean and offers great value for the price, highly recommended, and is just a 10‑minute walk from the historic city center. It sits right on the main road, so truck traffic can be heard.
