The surroundings were beautiful and the location worked well if you’re okay with a taxi to the centre, though you could also walk when the weather’s nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area got crowded and we ended up in a cold overflow zone that was basically a lobby between two corridors; a booking system would have helped us secure a better spot.

It was a pleasant stay; the rooms and beds were very comfortable, and breakfast offered a menu in addition to the buffet. The exercise gym was too basic.

The bed was big and comfortable, the room was large and air‑conditioned, and breakfast was great. The climb from London Road to the hotel could be a bit of a challenge after a day of sightseeing, but that won’t stop me from staying at Bailbrook House again.

Parking was easy and close. The room was excellent for sleeping and resting after a day of walking. The restaurant and food were really good, and the breakfast room was nice with plenty of choices. Staff members were always helpful and friendly. The local bus service was easy to use and right outside the property grounds.
