Great location. Prices are far too high and opaque, for example a can of Heineken beer refilled into a cup costs $17 + tax… nothing else is worth it.

The parking staff were fantastic, and the café staff were very kind. The room and bathroom were spacious with a beautiful view. However, I asked twice to keep the duvet off the mattress, but they ignored me. Towels and linens weren’t changed daily. The air‑conditioning was terrible—either it stayed off and it got hot, or it blew too hard over the bed. Because of that, the stay wasn’t enjoyable.

The location, room size, and bathroom were good. I felt the overall price was too high for what was offered and didn’t feel like a five‑star experience. I booked with breakfast included, which turned out to be expensive; at check‑in they said it was just a credit and we had to pay the extra amount, something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere during booking.

The rooms have an amazing view and the facilities are very complete. At the pool the towels ran out daily during peak sun hours, and one day the water was cut off without notice while I was swimming. These are mistakes that shouldn’t happen at a costly five‑star hotel.
