The manager is kind and ready to help with anything you need. The hotel sits in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and the nearby beach is clean, scenic, and perfect for quiet walks or relaxing by the water. The only minor downside is the location: it’s in the quieter southern part of the island, so you’ll have to drive to reach the main nightlife, shopping, and tourist activities in the north.

They advertise a pool, but none is available in the building—only private pool rooms. The staff are nonexistent; when we raised a minimal issue, they asked us to contact the owners on WhatsApp (who were in France and didn’t respond), which was ridiculous. We requested a refund from Booking and changed hotels.

The location was good, but everything else was lacking in services and maintenance.
The villa and the community area are perfect.

If you’re looking for a quiet spot in the middle of Koh Samui’s jungle and close to the beach, this place is definitely a perfect choice. The bungalows look quite new, though they still need some fine‑tuning on a few details, yet they still get the job done. The staff are friendly, though we saw them very little because we spent most of our time outside. One of the monsoons that hit during our stay affected the electricity and the water pump, so we were without power for a while, but the repairs were quick. There are windows without curtains, one of which is in the bathroom next to a public stairwell, offering very little privacy. It’s excessively far from everything.
