“Good for just getting to and sleeping not for stay.”

The beds were nice and the room was clean, but there was no fan in the bathroom, the floors were thin and noisy, there were no plugs for devices, lights flickered on and off, curtains didn’t block outside light so it was bright all night, the bathroom window had a broken latch and no privacy cover so you could see right in, the front door wouldn’t open or close properly, heating was a tiny wall heater that didn’t produce much heat, the TV in the family room was tiny, there were two nightstands for two beds and another one in a different corner for the other bed. Overall the room is too small to call a “family room” and it lacked amenities.

The room was old and the lighting was inadequate. The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable and it shook with any slight movement.

“Decent choice for pet families in Burns where there are not many pet friendly choices.”

The property is still undergoing room‑by‑room renovation, so we gave it a lot of slack. We love that they accept dogs and that it’s a block away from a lovely, clean city park with good grass. Each room has a microwave, mini fridge, and portable heater, which is welcome for cold mountain nights. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, it’s right on the main road with heavy truck traffic at night, and the room upgrades look like a DIY job, so it’s not as comfortable as others in the same price range.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and bright, but the TV was tiny and parking felt a bit cramped.

The room was spotless and the bed was cozy, and the manager was extremely friendly; we appreciated the dining suggestions, though finding a spot to walk my small dog proved difficult.
