मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The central location had plenty of things within walking distance. I was given a room without a window even though the description said it had a courtyard view; we had to complain and get a windowed room in return. The ventilation was bad.

The location was great and the staff were calm. The sewage on the balconies and leaking pipes were not a good deal for the price, and the breakfast quality was mediocre with the same options every day. The hotel has potential but needs more effort from the owner.

The hotel’s location is great – just a 2‑minute walk from Plaza de Catalunya and the Rambla, and both hop‑on hop‑off bus stops are right there. Lots of shops nearby like Corte Inglés, Primark, Zara, H&M, and the Hard Rock Café is also close by.

The staff (the one who kept calling me to ask me not to cancel my reservation) kept marking my card as invalid over and over again for no reason, lying about sending a payment link to secure my booking. In the end, just minutes before I was about to arrive (around noon), they cancelled my reservation, on a day when a single night cost 330 € and the next hotel was 450 €. I guess they wanted to take advantage of the price surge and sell the room at a higher rate.
