The location is great, the cleanliness and room meet expectations, and the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Dona Ilda who is always very attentive.

The view overlooks the city plaza and is the starting point of the main pedestrian street, and it's within walking distance to the university. There's no lift for higher floors, but I was told about it; the location makes up for that.
