The large room and breakfast were positives. We had an open toilet and shower, which we found less comfortable. The room wasn’t cleaned even after we hung a note on the door, and we were unclear that breakfast was not included in the price.

The kitchen was a highlight, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner. The lighting in the room was a negative.

The apartment had been renovated fairly recently and was cozy. The bathroom smelled strongly of disinfectant, and if the sliding door opened by accident (which happened sometimes), the whole apartment would fill with that odor. The unit sits directly above a restaurant terrace. Even though it’s on the roof of the building, there’s no air conditioning and no outdoor space. We arrived at 14:15 and were told the apartment wasn’t ready, estimating another half hour. Check‑in is listed at 14:00, but we were told we had to be understanding because a new cleaner was on duty. After several requests, we finally managed to enter at 15:30, an hour and a half after the official check‑in time. When I mentioned this, they insisted that check‑in was actually at 15:00. All correspondence and the booking confirmation show 14:00. When I pointed that out, they brushed it off and wouldn’t even look at the proof I held up. Aside from asking for the Wi‑Fi code, I never went into the hotel again.
