The hotel was in a perfect spot in Seminyak. The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Whenever we needed anything, someone arrived within minutes. My air‑con stopped at one level and they fixed it within an hour. I also appreciated that they let me check out around the same time I checked in. I flew in late and flew out late, so I could check out when I was picked up for the airport, leaving my luggage there to rest beforehand if I wanted.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious. The gym was well equipped. The clientele were discreet. The rooftop restaurant was very nice. It is a bit far from the sea. There is no spa, but there are in‑room services.
