The hosts were super nice and very helpful, and the breakfast was great!

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. The floor cleaning in the room was lacking, the shower drain was slow, and the price‑quality ratio was not great.

The reception had an amazing and kind attitude, there is bike parking, and the rooms are lockable. Breakfast was perfect with a large selection.

The hotel staff were very friendly. One night in Bad Gastein is enough—those so‑called hoteliers still seem to think they're in the high season.
