Elisa handled breakfast for us, but it was terrible—she didn’t bring coffee even after we called several times. We had to complain at reception, and only then did we finally get coffee, which was a shock for a hotel of this price, over SFR 550.00 for a standard room with breakfast. Because of this, we won’t book here again; it’s a shame that one person can ruin the experience.

The outdoor restaurant is very pretty, but the rooms are not spacious.

The hotel is wonderful, with excellent facilities and breakfast. The beds are large and comfortable, and it’s a great spot in Como.

I really liked the accommodations, the décor, and the greenery around the property. The cleaning was a bit lacking; when we arrived, the room had dust, especially on the floor, and we had to ask for a re‑cleaning, which arrived almost three hours later. Also, the cocktails at the hotel bar were not very impressive.
