The property had been recently renovated with a very good contemporary style, the layout was comfortable, and the bathroom was well sized and well distributed, yet at check‑in I dialed the intercom and got no answer, the numbers at the door were international from Spain and Portugal, so I finally called the number on the booking site and the host sent me to a restaurant around the corner, which was not a pleasant first check‑in experience, especially arriving at night and tired.

The location gave easy access to the airport bus from outside Napoli train station, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large with plenty of hot water, but there were many doors and keys, and check‑in required going to a nearby restaurant.

The hotel was close to the station, making travel very convenient, and they provided a pot because there was no lockbox; however, in Italy it might be normal but you couldn’t throw away trash, the bed linens and towels stayed untouched, and there was no lockbox.

Positivo: a 2 cuadras estación central y habitación amplia. Publican un frente de edificio que es del restaurante y no del hostal. El edificio está en una zona fea, sucia y con gente que duerme en la calle. Feo lugar para andar caminando, menos de noche. De los 3 dias que estuvimos solo uno cambiaron toallas, no hubo servicio de limpieza. El baño no tenía jabón, tuvimos que pedirlo en el restaurante ya que ahi no hay nadie, te entregan las llaves para abrir y cerrar edificio y habitación
