The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the city center. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Secure private parking is available, which is a real bonus and a valuable addition to the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Breakfast was good. The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walk away. In that respect the hotel met our needs well. The pool area didn’t live up to the pictures. It stayed covered the whole time we were there, even though it could have been opened. The pool area wasn’t appealing, it was just a dull space.

The room was quiet, even from the background noise. The water filter was a great perk. Breakfast was tasty with fruit, juices, and cold cuts. The location was perfect; we did everything on foot. I also want to thank the staff member who spoke Spanish fluently and helped us a lot. The mattresses could be firmer, but that’s a matter of taste.
