The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the buffet food was good with a lot of variety, though overall everything was fine.

The food, the cleanliness, the service, and the pool were all excellent, yet the arrogant customers who mistreat staff were a problem, and the breakfast coffee could be improved.

The beach access was great, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The dining staff were super friendly, but the cleaning left something to be desired and the furniture looks very old.

Lovely hotel, location, so much choice at meal times, we were upgraded to an apartment. The hotel was really busy with guests for the World Chess Championships, especially in the restaurant as it was manic.so that's why we think we were upgraded? But we'll still be back next year!!
