I’m writing to lodge a strong complaint and demand a resolution regarding my recent stay at La Purificadora in Puebla, booked in advance (Reservation number: [Reservation number]). The weekend was utterly unacceptable and contrary to the boutique‑hotel standards advertised: 1. No hot water from the start. When I reported it, the front desk told me to run the tap for minutes until it warmed, which was useless and irresponsible given the need to conserve water. 2. The next morning the water supply was completely cut off—no cold or hot water—preventing basic hygiene like hand washing, brushing teeth, or using the toilet. 3. The staff offered only a routine apology (“we’re sorry for the inconvenience”) and said we’d have to wait for an external plumber to fix a supposed leak. It’s unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber to lack an on‑site maintenance team for such emergencies, ruining our trip. Given the failure to provide essential services, I formally request Booking’s intervention. The experience was ruined, no water, no maintenance, total negligence.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all excellent, but the interior feels too modern and stark; the bedroom walls are glass dividers that I almost bump into every time.

The building looks nice and the staff are friendly, plus the restaurant food is good. The boiler is broken, so getting hot water is hard—you have to run a lot of water to get a little heat, and the pool and jacuzzi water was dirty.
