Costanera Mar Hotel & Suites

The hotel was pretty nice and comfy, and the whole staff was very attentive. The food, however, was disappointing – not much variety and low quality. I would have preferred a stay that only included breakfast.

The hotel is pretty, clean, and the staff are very courteous; however, the dinner was disappointing—if they don’t offer a stay without dinner I wouldn’t return, the food had little variety, there were no meat options except milanesa, the fish didn’t look fresh, and overall the selection was sparse and low quality.

Everything was great, the food was fresh and varied. I didn't like that BOOKING gave all my card details; obviously the hotel has nothing to do with that.

The staff's service and treatment were excellent. The bathroom door was huge and left little room for a tall person to pass through.

The classic suite was spacious, well decorated, and had a good view. The bed was comfortable, the linens were nice, the hair dryer was powerful even though small, heating was adequate, and cleaning was very good throughout the hotel grounds. The location was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good, though I’d have liked more fruit variety and for the only juice available to be natural. The pool was clean and pretty, but I didn’t see it as suitable for swimming because of its size and depth.
