The spot is unbeatable—just a short stroll to the lake, and there’s a ton of shops, cafés, and restaurants right around the corner. The team is warm, courteous, and welcoming, and any hiccups were handled quickly and professionally. The breakfast crew is solid, recalling your room number and whipping up special requests without being asked, and the food itself is decent with plenty of vegan options, though the labels could be clearer. The room offers a stunning view, stays spotless, and the overall quality feels high; the housekeeping does a great job and the walls keep noise out, making it very quiet. On the downside, most of the staff don’t speak English confidently, which is odd for an international property, the room air‑conditioning feels like it needs a replacement, and the downstairs restaurant’s food is just average.
