“A fantastic hotel with brilliant staff”

This is a lovely hotel. It’s on a busy road, but that didn’t bother me at all. Fantastic service – the staff go out of their way to help wherever they can. I had to go to another village for work; there were no taxis, but the hotel gave me a lift and also made sure I got back to the hotel late at night – fantastic!!. It’s not exactly a short trip to the village, but there are plenty of amenities nearby; there’s nothing to complain about, though

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The corner faucet was broken, so I could only shower. The terrace furniture was dirty.

“great breakfast but not reasonable enough to visit again”

Breakfast was great; they didn’t expect a booking that included breakfast, but they organized a good variety with great quality for just the two of us. The room was terrible—very dusty, with spiders, a broken window net, one completely moldy towel in the bathroom, and no place to hang towels or leave toiletries. For this price, the room was a shock. Checking in until 8 pm was very inconvenient; there was a severe traffic jam before Budapest and I had to call several times to ask them to wait for us.
