My mother wasn’t allowed to stay even though the full amount had been paid in advance, so she had to leave the hotel at midnight.

All the Room Reservation staff were useless. They couldn’t send invoice copies to registered email addresses even after checkout. Worst experience with the room reservation staff. Not recommended at all.

Decent, excellent front office and bellboys – Moiz, Riyaz, Bikash. In‑room dining by Sudheer. No complaints.
